Vaughn Taylor
Chairman of the Board
Vaughn Taylor, our Non-Executive Chairman since August 2021, previously served as Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer at AMB Capital Partners from July 2010 to April 2021. With AMB since its formation in 2010, he played a key role in strategy execution, expanding the portfolio into global markets, overseeing daily operations, and sourcing new investment opportunities. Mr. Taylor, a seasoned board member in various sectors internationally, currently serves as Non-Executive Director at IperionX Limited, Non-Executive Chairman at Frontier Pets Pty Ltd, Urban Rest Holdings Pty Ltd, and Non-Executive Director at Year 13 Pty Ltd and Xcend Pty Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Master of Business (Real Estate) from RMIT University, additional accreditation from the University of Maryland, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA. Mr. Taylor is a member of FINSIA and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Nick Langton
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Nick Langton serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Mixed Martial Arts Group, taking the helm in February 2017. With an impressive 25-year career in the financial services sector, Mr. Langton has become a prominent figure. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding wealth advisory firms in Australia to unprecedented success, including shaping the trajectory of the Private Wealth division of Perpetual Limited and leading Bridges Financial Services under Insignia Financial Ltd.
A graduate of the University of Sydney with a degree in economics, Mr. Langton honed his financial expertise through a postgraduate program in finance at the Securities Institute of Australia. In 2013, he showcased his commitment to leadership excellence by completing the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Since May 2018, Mr. Langton has served as a Director at Fortnum Private Wealth, contributing strategic insights to the organization's success. Apart from his financial acumen, Nick is also passionate about martial arts, having completed the 20-week Alta Warrior Training program in its 2nd season.
Jonathan Hart
Director and Company Secretary
Mr. Hart has 20+ years of corporate advisory experience with extensive cross-border expertise specializing in corporate advisory, scale-ups, and debt and equity financing across a broad range of industry sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce and currently serves as a director of Hartness Consulting Pty Ltd, established in 2012 to provide corporate advisory and equity services to private and publicly listed companies across technology, healthcare, and resources. He also serves as Company Secretary and Director for multiple ASX-listed companies, advising on corporate governance, capital markets, and strategic growth initiatives.
Eric Corbett
Director
Eric Corbett is the Managing Director of Oakridge Securities Inc. which operates as a capital markets and corporate finance advisory business, where he has been employed since December 2024. From August 2017 to September 2024, Mr. Corbett was part of the corporate client group at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, one of Canada’s largest financial institutions, where he oversaw the execution of high profile transactions, including providing debt capital to private and public businesses to support M&A transactions, shareholder buyouts, working capital support and sponsor backed equity investments. Mr. Corbett holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is also a CFA charterholder. He has also cleared FINRA’s Securities Industry Essentials Exam.
Richard Paolone
Director
Richard Paolone is a Toronto-based securities lawyer specializing in securities, corporate finance, and M&A. He founded Paolone Law Professional Corporation in June 2020 and has held CEO, CFO, and director roles across multiple public companies in Canada and the UK spanning mining, technology, cannabis, and healthcare. He has led public and private offerings, M&A deals, and reverse takeovers across diverse industries and holds a J.D. from Bond University and is a licensed lawyer in Ontario.
Laura Sanko

Laura Sanko is a trailblazing UFC commentator, former professional fighter, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. In 2023, she became the first female color commentator in the modern UFC era. With nearly two decades of martial arts experience and a respected voice in combat sports broadcasting, Laura brings deep technical insight and industry influence to MMA’s Board of Directors. Her commitment to inclusivity and global participation in martial arts aligns with MMA’s mission to make the sport accessible to all.
